Curiosity. Perspective. Possibility.

For over three decades, I built a corporate career in sales leadership, people development and business transformation, including senior leadership roles at Singtel and StarHub.

Today, I am exploring a different chapter — bringing my experience into coaching, training and facilitation, while continuing to learn, travel and discover new possibilities.

Alongside my professional journey, I have travelled extensively across Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. These journeys have taught me to slow down, observe more closely and appreciate the diversity of nature, wildlife and cultures.

Travel has shaped the way I see the world. Coaching has shaped the way I work with people. Learning and facilitation offer another way for me to share my experience and contribute to the growth of others.

Although these pursuits may appear different, they share a common thread: curiosity — the willingness to explore different perspectives, question assumptions and remain open to what comes next.

The Curious Lens grew from this belief: that meaningful change often begins when we look beyond what we already know, discover new perspectives and become curious about the world around us and the stories within us.
